Email built in, so documents go out without leaving the program.
The mailbox
- A three-pane mailbox like Thunderbird: the mail server's folders kept in step both ways, so phones and other mail programs see the same mail.
- Message filters file, mark, tag or delete new mail as it arrives; a formatted signature with bold, links and your logo.
- A safe reading pane: emails are shown as they were sent, but scripts never run and pictures from the internet load only when you say so.
Sending documents
- Compose, reply and forward with attachments and drafts; settings per user, passwords encrypted.
- Invoices, credit notes, orders and remittances emailed as PDFs through a queue you can review, sent from the user's own address.
